Operating in a small town, Law Firm Vojna covers a wide range of legal practice, which in some periods nevertheless specialized in certain areas. Initially, they were labor and property disputes, then commercial disputes, and then civil lawsuits regarding property and family relations, as well as formation of all kinds of contracts, both for private and corporate clients. Thus, the office profiled itself as the one dealing with civil, labor and commercial law, but also had noteworthy successes in the criminal proceedings. We also support our clients in real estate transactions.
The office has been representing the majority of local companies for many years, and from its beginnings it represents Swisslion – Takovo Inc., STUP Vršac and other major companies.
Law Firm Vojna provides legal assistance to clients from Romania on the territory of the former Yugoslavia, as well as vice versa, being able to communicate with clients in Romanian and with the support of our Romanian associates. The law firm also operates internationally, representing its clients in English and German-speaking countries, especially Austria.
